Welcome to WashOps! By booking a service, visiting our website, or interacting with our team, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
WashOps offers pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services include—but are not limited to—driveway cleaning, house washing, roof washing, and surface treatment.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is based on the scope of the job, square footage, condition, and material. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope differs significantly from what was quoted.
3. Booking & Payment
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via text.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and other agreed-upon methods.
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by law.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure all windows are closed and fragile outdoor items are removed before service.
Secure pets and provide clear access to water and the areas to be cleaned.
Inform us of any pre-existing damage or delicate surfaces ahead of time.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we take great care during every service:
WashOps is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, or unforeseen outcomes related to poor surface condition.
We are not responsible for water damage due to improperly sealed windows or doors.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the results, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll work to make it right. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
8. Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent us from safely completing your service (e.g., rain, lightning), we will reschedule at the earliest available time without penalty.
9. Photos & Marketing
Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared. If you’d prefer we not use your images, please let us know in writing.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
